Corvids and a particular breed of owl called the 'Long-eared owl'. They're mysterious creatures and difficult to track, but the effort is worth it. They're large, have small horn-like 'tufts' atop their heads, and are a striking sight to catch in mid-flight. I'd send a picture, but it seems like only a few breeds are native to the city.

I haven't pointed my camera at much else as yet. I'm only awake between the hours of sunset and dawn, so my options for subjects are somewhat limited.

I can see the value in that. It's easier to put words to paper for some things, only as you've said, it's not immediate with letters. Weeks or months between a communication. A matter of where its sent.

Yeah, even the city is an upgrade in some ways. Largely the people who have also been kidnapped and brought here. Small town Indiana wasn't so great to me.
I can't in good conscience call karaoke live music, but I have fun doing that sometimes too. :)

I don't wanna make assumptions, but I know that's the kind of thing that applies to people with my background, too. Poor but you always get by however you can.

1986 for me, Indiana. [ when was indiana unionized? eddie's never cared to store that information away (1816, though, so.) he doesn't mind if people aren't familiar with his home state by name. ]
